Deepal, officially known as Deepal Automobile Technology Co., Ltd. or Shenlan Technology Co., Ltd. (Chinese: 深蓝汽车), is an electric vehicle manufacturer under Changan Automobile. It was originally established as Chongqing Changan New Energy Automobile Technology in 2018. In 2023, the company became an independent brand, with the English name "Deepal" adopted. The brand operates independently from the Changan Group and launched its first model, an electric sedan, the SL03 (codenamed C385), in 2022. Deepal’s first electric SUV, the S7, was launched in 2023.
